iFlawless accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: Local (Malaysia) FPX Transfers via BillPlz or Credit/Debit Card via Stripe Payment. No Manual Bank Deposit. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. iFlawless will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order. You will receive a confirmation email with 4-digit order number e.g #1234 upon successful transaction.
iFlawless reserves the right to cancel a purchase at any time. In the case of a cancellation, you will be notified by e-mail of the cancellation and the reason for cancellation within two (2) business day of purchase.
S U B S C R I P T I O N
In order to serve our customer in higher state, we provide subscription option to most of our products. Options of delivery frequency are every 30, 45, 60 and 90 days.
Cancelation of subscription can be made at any time after 2nd charge applied.
S H I P P I N G
iFlawless processes orders before 11:59 PM (GMT+8) for next day shipping on Monday through Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays and other off day for our Pavilion store, this info will be shared via our social media. Orders received on after 12:00 AM, on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic shipping within Malaysia (East & West Malaysia) is shipped and dispatched from Kuala Lumpur via Pos Laju Malaysia. We charge a shipping rate as per below:
1) Standard Shipping - Poslaju/DHL (2-5 Working days)
RM9.00 for 0g-500g
RM13.00 for 501g-1kg
RM17.00 for 1.001kg-2kg
RM25.00 for 2.001kg-3kg
RM15.00 for 0kg-5kg
RM27.00 for 5.001kg-20kg
2) Express Shipping - Personal Door to Door Shipping (Next Day Shipping)
Except : Sepang . Rawang .
RM15.00 for 0g-500g
Order must be placed before 6PM to be deliver on the next day.
After your purchase is complete and your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You may also view your shipment’s status at any time by logging in your tracking code on Pos Malaysia’s official website / DHL except for the Express Shipping.
Please note us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 working days if you still do not receive your parcel after you receive an email containing your tracking information for our investigation.

R E T U R N S
If the items you have ordered did not fit you or you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return them within seven (7) calendar days of delivery for an exchange with other item.
All items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We will not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way. Final discount / Sale items do not qualify for return.

R E F U N D S
Please note we will refund your defective items in seven (7) calendar days from the date on which we receive the returned product(s) to the physical store. Any refunds made by us will be made to the method of payment provided when you placed your order and will be subject to iFlawless right to withhold amounts for products which are found damaged on return. You will be refunded the amount you paid for the product(s) returned excluding any delivery charges (if appropriate). In other words, we will refund you the cost of the product(s) but not your delivery charges.
iFlawless reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
